[The sounds of someone struggling to their feet can be heard, followed by the scraping of a hand on pavement as the hedgehog bends to pick up The Cross.]

[The next line is spoken with shock, perhaps a bit of fear]

Wait--Blaze! Sonic! Where are you?! Answer me!
